At a time when people are dying in this pandemic, I find it very absurd of people still deciding: [...]
[...] whether to get or not to get vaccinated? Which vaccine to consider? Refusing to have a certain ‘brand’ of vaccine? Or still teleshopping where to get a certain vaccine?
I see and hear people still debating about it and asking questions that are now irrelevant and should be considered obsolete in this current state of pandemic. I often hear people with no medical background giving advice or making suggestions on the radio about vaccines. (Of course, I am not surprised as here in paradise island, everyone is an expert in everything!)
So many people are dying with covid-19 daily. There are several reasons for their death, which I am not going to elaborate here. It is clear, that even if you are vaccinated, you cannot cheat death.
But what is important to know, and understand is that, if you are vaccinated, your risk of getting infection is lower, your risk of getting severe form of the illness is lower, your risk of getting hospitalised is lower and your chance of dying is lower.
Remember although each vaccine is unique, all of them offer strong protection against severe disease.
So please wake to the reality of COVID-19 impact and implications. Vaccination is one of the main steps, that will stop you from knocking on heaven’s door (stop you from dying).
